Information Architecture

How the information is organized on your website is a critical part of a website that engages your target audience, makes information easy to find and allows search engines to index your website. In order to connect with the many different visitors and multiple markets, we will work to define and organize your site content to create an intuitive navigation flow that enhances opportunities to interact with your audience. The result is a flexible, logical information architecture that supports growth, eases content publishing, promotes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and provides a platform to launch emarketing initiatives.

Sitemap

A sitemap is an outline of the content of your site which is used to visualize how the content on your site relates to one another. The first step is to do an inventory of the existing site content and then analyze how well it fits within your stated business goals and objectives. Based on the findings, we will reorganize the existing content as needed and make recommendations about potential new content areas that will help to better tell your story. View Sample of Sitemap

Wireframe / Skeletal

Once the content is organized, the focus then shifts to controlling the flow of traffic The purpose of the wireframe or skeletal is to determine the visual organization and hierarchy of the information on the homepage and subpages to help you visitors find the information that is most relevant to them. Since this is still in the planning phase, the wireframe doesn't have graphics incorporated into it however it will be the blueprint for the web design phase. View Sample of Skeketal
