The world of wireless mobility was changing at warp speed, and Mr. Seybold and his firm were uniquely capable of addressing customer demand for unbiased analysis and insights. In other words, to review the wireless technology landscape, filter out the hype, and provide straight answers. Designworks evaluated the firm's business model, conducted a perceptual audit, and inventoried its various brand assets. We helped Andrew Seybold restructure the firm's brand family to be more cohesive and reflect its business priorities going forward. New naming conventions and logo designs were created in line with the brand hierarchy. A new look and feel and new content helped set the consulting group apart from the rest of the pack. The redeveloped brand identity drove home the firm's differentiating quality - it was bold, like the founder, and characterized Andrew Seybold as the go-to company when you want straight answers. The new CIS was a real conversation starter when partners handed out business cards to prospective customers. Designworks restructured the website information architecture and navigation in order to engage customers with a variety of value-based interactions. We added a new dimension of community, with easily accessible webcasts, a webzine and an enewsletter. An online speaker's bureau was created and a blogspace, Tell it Like it IsT, was named and implemented for the founder, a very prolific and persuasive communicator.
