Genesys understands the value of Flash as an effective sales tool. Flash is a natural medium to present the power of the company’s software to improve customer care. It gives viewers a sense of ‘being there’ to witness the software at work in animated scenarios modeled after real-world contact centers. Genesys chose Designworks because of our methodology for efficient Flash development, and our experience creating professional quality Flash demos with strong brand recognition. This is particularly true in the case of co-branded demos we have created for Genesys to highlight the company’s joint offerings with key partners such as Oracle, Microsoft, Accenture and Siemens.
We have helped Genesys tell its story, with scripting, imagery, sound and animation integrated to communicate the company’s brand promise and provide real insight into the value of Genesys contact center solutions in action. From tradeshow kiosks to one-on-one sales presentations, the company reports that the Flash demos have improved marketing and sales presentations, leading to greater brand awareness and affinity. Leveraging the versatility of Flash has enabled us to communicate the Genesys brand across a range of audiences and applications, from a 5-second web flash intro to a comprehensive feature-by-feature product overview of its software suite.
Over the course of these and other Genesys projects, we have helped the marketing communications team improve the company’s brand stewardship, and prevent the dilution of its brand identity. We have redesigned its various enewsletters to better communicate the Genesys brand with a unified design and presentation. When the company was acquired by Alcatel, we collaborated on a comprehensive review of Genesys brand assets and created a corporate identity style guide that would help ensure consistent application of the company’s entire brand family, throughout the enterprise and across all media.
