By using traditional media and new media, Designworks
can gather measured results from your direct marketing campaign.
Genesys needed to generate awareness for its newly developed Genesys
Voice Portal program. The solution was a coordinated direct mail
and Flash email marketing campaign.
Designworks developed a campaign theme and created
a traditional direct mail postcard and Flash presentation targeting
Genesys’ database of current and potential customers. Both
the post card and Flash email prompted the recipient to visit a
specially-designed landing page on the Genesys website describing
the program.

Visitors to the landing page were prompted to sign up to receive
more information. Those who chose to do so received another follow
up piece created by Designworks. By putting all of the Genesys Voice
Portal datasheets, white papers, product briefs, and key customer
testimonials onto a CD, Designworks was able to
include more than 30 pages of documents and 5 minutes of video testimonials
in a 5”x5” self-mailing package. Propsective customers
could review all pertinent Genesys collateral quickly and easily
through a simplified interface.

The direct mail campaign served as a highly effective
lead qualifier, enabling Genesys to confidently send the more expensive
and comprehensive set of marketing information to the best business
prospects.
